Form 19 (PF claim form)At the time of changing job or retiring, Form 19 is required to withdraw your provident fund amount. You can submit this form after retirement or resignation.

Form 10 CThe Form 10-C is used is submitted with the Form 19 and Form 20. It is submitted for settlement of provident fund under old family pension fund. It is also required to withdraw PF under New Employees Pension Scheme. Form 10-C is submitted for retaining EPF membership if you are under 58. It can be submitted with PF withdrawal form.
Form 10 DForm 10-D is a form for application of the pension amount. The pensioner or his/her nominee requires submitting this form to claim the pension amount.
Form 13New EPF form 13 is needed for transfer of PF account from one company to another. Employees need this form after changing job.
Form 14EPFO offers facility to finance your LIC policies from your provident fund amount. This form is required to apply for payment of your LIC premiums from the PF amount.
Form 20In the case of death of the employee, his/her family member can claim the PF amount by submitting form 20.
Form 31Employees can also withdraw PF amount in advance. An employee can also take a loan from his PF amount for reasons like a house loan, marriage, or medical treatment.
This is form is known as advance PF withdrawal or EPF advance form.
Form 51FIn the case of death of the EPF member, his/her nominee needs to submit Form 51F to claim the Employee Deposit Linked (EDLI) insurance amount.

How to Withdraw PF with EPF Withdrawal Form
